Children’s Camps International has been running camping programs in Kenya since May 2009.
Kenya has an estimated population of 39 million and two official languages; Swahili and English.

The number of staff receiving training and campers attending camps nearly doubled in 2010 and the vision for the future is to see that growth continue not just in Maua but throughout Kenya and the entire African continent.
